The Fibersort is going to shake up the post-consumer life process. Using spectroscopy technology, the machine sorts garments into different fibre compositions.

Valuable pure fabric is usually down cycled in the recycling process, now it can be automatically sorted on a large scale.

I helped building its fiber library. I manually sorted and recorded garments by its composition, texture, colour, type, and state, and created textile samples. This helps improve the accuracy of the machine to sort.
